1 Homemade Wheat Bran Bread Slice with Egg White Spinach Scramble




LUNCH:

1 Bowl Quinoa Veggie Stir Fry



DINNER:

1 Cup Almond Milk + 1 Banana

1) 30 Mins Workout - 20 mins walking and 10 mins abs workout
2) 3 Liters Water
3) Regular Household chores
